Low Income Spay/Neuter Program

Low Income Spay/Neuter Program

PALS is excited to offer spays and neuters for low income households. We have partnered with Dr. Mindy Mayfield from Columbus to offer monthly clinics. We use the Kansas State income guidelines for SNAP (food assistance) to determine eligibility. If a Labette County, Galesburg, Erie or Cherryvale household qualifies, you can have your dog or cat spayed or neutered for $10. A visual verification of the entire household gross monthly income or current food assistance eligibility is required when the application is turned in to the shelter. When space allows, we offer spays and neuters to the public at a reduced cost.  Complete the application below.

Make it stand out.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
